As of 2009 most Events held will be assigned seating. You may purchase your tickets online or over the phone by credit card or paypal.There is a $2.00 service charge on all tickets orders placed over the phone. Tickets placed online will be sent an order confirmation with your seat assignments in 48 hours. Please print this out and bring it to the box office the day of the show to pick up your tickets.

Single Events

  • Tickets purchased by phone have a $5 service charge per order.
     
  • Tickets will be mailed to the purchaser. If you would like to pick up your tickets they will be available in
    24 - 48 hours at Don's Sandwich Shop
    in Boonton, NJ
Subscription Plan

To be a member of the Subscription plan you must buy tickets to 4 or more events at one time.

Benefits

  • 10% off any ticket below $10
  • $3 off any ticket between $10 & $20
  • 10% off any ticket above $20

Group Sales

Group discounts are available for most performances. Discounts are available in all sections of our facilities.

*Please note that some performances do not have discounted group rates, or that a maximum discount of 10% is offered. Contact our Group Sales Coordinator for more informaion.

How it works:

  • There are three levels of group discounts: Group sizes of 10-24 (10%); 25-49 (20%) and 50+ (30%)
     
  • Seats can be put on hold, but a deposit of 50% is required within 5 business days.
     
  • Final payment is due 3-4 weeks prior to the performance. Tickets will not be issued until all seats are paid for.
     
  • There are no refunds or exchanges for unused seats.
     
  • A $10 order fee is charged on every order, not per ticket.
     
  • Opportunities exist for pre/post performance meet & greets or other special events
    (There is an additional cost, and space is based on availability).
     
  • Sound Impressions can also recommend local restaurants for off-site receptions.

Use Our Events for fund-raising opportunities. Purchase a block of seats at group discounted rates and then charge an added price that your organization would like to collect for fund-raising purposes.

Ex. A $20 ticket is sold at a 20% group rate of $16; your organization can charge $20 and collect the difference for your fund-raising needs. Please note that your organization would be responsible for selling these tickets and collecting the money.

Policies
  • Refund Policy
    There are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets unless a performance is cancelled. Subscribers must exchange tickets 48 hours prior to a performance.
     
  • Inclement Weather policy
    If a performance goes on even though the weather is poor, Sound Impressions is not required to provide a refund. If a performance is canceled, refunds or exchanges into other performances will be offered. Sound Impressions will make every effort to notify you in case of a cancellation.
     
  • Late seating policy
    Late seating can be disruptive to the performer and to the audience. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the artist and Sound Impressions staff. Patrons arriving late for a performance may be required to stand outside the Hall or sit in a pre-designated area of the theatre until intermission or until an appropriate brake allows seating without disruption to the performance.
     
  • Lost Tickets
    The Box Office can reprint your tickets provided you can verify that you have purchased them.
     
  • Electronic Recording Devices policy
    Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited and may be removed by the Theatre at its discretion. Please silence cell phones prior to entering the Theatre.
     
  • Group Sales
    Groups of 10 or more can save, depending upon seat location and group size. Some performances do not have group discounts. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
     
  • Accessibility
    Wheelchair accessibility to some of our locations is difficult to acquire. If you are in a wheelchair we will need to know ahead to contact the facility and find the proper procedure to make accessibility easy for all our clients.
